He managed a 5- provider family practice, personally implemented EMR systems, participated in and created a clinically integrated IPAs, and negotiated single-signature payer contracts. These physician organizations have deployed HIT, improved clinical quality and economic efficiency, secured fair payer contracts, and provided significant return on investment for physicians.

Donald Grede; MBA, COO

Mr. Grede offers 25 years in business-to-business marketing of leading-edge technologies with experience launching and operating new tech companies.  He has been a successful entrepreneur, founding and managing software and service companies.

He earned his MS/MBA in Marketing of New Technologies from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Ted Kuczun; MBA, CIO

Mr. Kuczun has over 20 years of management and operations experience across multiple Fortune 100 industries ranging from high-tech to retail. He has helped organizations shape their world-wide information technology strategies and methodologies for systems development, portfolio management, communications and marketing. He earned his MBA in Organizational Development from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business.
