HVA works with medical communities to help them deliver demonstrably high-value health care, deliver valuable services to members, take advantage of various provider incentive programs, prepare them to manage their HIT implementation project, provide them with the means to become clinically integrated, and prepare for the future of healthcare.  To meet these objectives organizational infrastructure is required.  HVA will provide governance models, leadership models, and structural models for the organization designed to gain maximum physician engagement and leadership.
